We all have those times in life that we feel that we are sinking in our lives and can find no way out. Depression can set in and just a general malaise clouds our thinking. You get to feeling that nobody cares or listens. This is especially true for caregivers. Being a caregiver is something that there is no training for and often you just wing it. Sometimes a lifeline would be wonderful to experience. Just about anything would do and often it’s not some major act of kindness or help. Then you get days like today and it’s raining and muggy you know you must plow through it somehow. Do you need a lifeline today? I know it sure wouldn’t hurt for me today.
