It’s Ok Not To Be Ok

In an ever changing world with expectations really getting outright silly sometimes people need to take a deep breath. There is this novel concept that says it’s ok not to be ok. There is this constant pressure to be perfect and that can be very harmful. Just mentally walk yourself through your typical day and what you will discover it is that you sometimes put yourself into situations that you really don’t need to be in. Life by it’s very nature is one big roller coaster and sometimes you are on the top and sometime you are on the bottom and that is ok. So take a deep breath and be kinder to yourself!
